As per report jawan Sindhav Jogidas has alleged that he was forced to be a Sahayak as a punishment for late joining. He also alleged that some of the officers treat their subordinates as slaves and that the jawans have to do everything as a compulsion and anyone who speaks up against them gets killed. This is because army constitution is very strict as said by the jawan in the video. The said jawan also said that he had written to PMO in Jan 16 highlighting all his complaints but surprisingly disciplinary action case was started against him. The court of enquiry was held twice, the jawan allegedly was harassed for two years. He further alleged that jawans are punished whenever breach of law occurs but the officers go unpunished for doing the same. According to media reports the army has rubbished these acquisitions on the plea that the same was an attempt on the part of the complainant in question to defame the institution. Earlier another BSF jawan Tej Bahadur had posted a video on social media showing the quality of food served to them.
